Customer Terms and Conditions
(For Booking of Services)
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) govern the manner and relationship with respect to the service offered to you, documented through this invoice.
You accept, hereby and acknowledge that Karmani Service Technologies Private Limited (“ONE800”) shall not be liable for any additional issues arising out the services offered to you by ONE800. Additional issues are defined as any other issues excluding the issue for which repair has been availed by you and for which repair service has been provided by ONE800. All products are thoroughly tested before & post repair. A copy of the test report is made available to you during repair and post repair.
ONE800 shall not be liable for any data loss, back-up, security or any other software related issues pertaining to your products. ONE800 shall also not be liable for any other defects, as specified such as liquid/and or water damage, tampered product, dead product (product not turning on), physical/body dent/and or damage, battery swelling/and or bulges. Additionally, ONE800 shall also not be liable for any voiding of the manufacturer’s warranty, should the product be under the warranty.
The price shown on the website and/or mobile application(s) may vary without prior notice depending on the availability of stock and price variation in the market and ONE800 reserves the right to update the same periodically on its website and/or mobile application(s).
The accepted products are subject to internal verification. Should the product be found to have been internally tampered or components removed, ONE800 shall not be responsible for the same, however, we will keep you updated in that case. In the event there are major repairs required that leads to an increase in cost, we will keep you updated and seek your approval before proceeding.
ONE800, shall keep you updated on the timeline and progress of repairs, and this shall be displayed to you on the website and/or mobile application(s). Additionally, ONE800 shall keep you updated on the timeline and progress of repair via email, SMS & WhatsApp. In the event the time for the repair is extended, ONE800 shall keep you updated but ONE800 shall not be liable for any costs due to such delays. In the event the customer seeks withdrawal of the product(s) prior to completion of repairs due to delays, it shall continue to be liable for the costs incurred by ONE800.
The repaired/defective parts will not be returned and ONE800 retains the rights to refurbish the same, for any purpose whatsoever.
The repaired products shall be collected by the customer within 7 working days from the date displayed on the invoice by ONE800. ONE800 reserves the right to dispose of the product in case of delay in collecting the product beyond 7 working days to recover repair cost incurred by it.
#1 All payments for the repair are collected after repair is complete
#2 Kindly remove all product accessories like back cover, body case, SIM card before handing over phone for repair. ONE800 will not be liable for loss of accessories during repair
