Will the repair be actually done in 60 minutes?
Yes. If your phone does not have additional issues and it is eligible for a repair, the time taken to repair will be within 60 minutes. This does not include the transit time between your location and our service centre. Repairs will get delayed if there is mismatch in information provided during booking (wrong model, wrong password, incorrect issue selection etc.)
Where will my device be repaired?
One800 repairs happen only at One800 mobile service centres. These are state-of-the art facilities with Automated repair tool systems equipped with live repair streaming capabilities. Repairs done anywhere else are bound to be poor in quality and lacking perfection.
Can I walk-in to repair my phone?
While we offer free pickup and delivery from anywhere in Bangalore, if you wish to visit our Service Centre, you may do so by booking an order on our website/App and informing our team prior to your visit.
